Fresh Food For Health...
Our Burgers are made in house several times a day from fresh ground Beef but you can always substitute grilled Chicken, grilled Organic Tofu, our homemade Veggie burger or Turkey patty for a more healthy option. Try our local Bison and Grass-Fed Beef options for leaner red meat options too!
We use trans-fat free fryer oil and only use olive oil in preparations. All our used oil is collected and recycled by Blue Ridge Biofuels, check them out on our Asheville Links page!
Our Ginger Tea is great for digestion and speeds metabolic rate, plus brewed tea is full of antioxidants.
Our Potato Wedge spice mix has over 16 herbs and spices. Check out our Asheville links page for interesting resources about the health of spices.
Our Salads and Sandwiches come with fresh Romaine, Green leaf or Spinach because they taste better and are better for you. Our freshly shredded veggie slaws are delicious! Don't like eating veggies? Drink a V8! We like ours with a little vodka.
We understand that our portions are large for some and we encourage sharing meals or taking home leftovers with our compostable to-go containers. We also compost all food waste & used napkins and recycle containers.
